I am going to set up a bunch of other things to do some mini events so we can do a sort of all-round event. There will be a launch ramp and an ollie event.

Prizes for measurable and judgeable skills tests.

Ian, i booked 3 different slalom disciplines in one day, sorry but i don't think we can fit anymore side event without cutting on the slalom.
If we can run saturday, sunday is available for lots of other events.

Actually...

The stuff i want to do will run parrallel. If the course is going to be fun enough for Seb and Louis to enjoy themselves it will be frustrating as hell for everyone else. I've been to a few slalom events that were mostly lame for those of us who dont run cones every week.

I am just going to bring a few amusements that will hopefully attract some of the montrealers who have been out to slalom events and been bored.

At any rate, I'll be showing up with a sheet of plywood and some pallets. Pretty low-tech party. By having a few extrra things going on, some of us other than Louis and Seb will win prizes!

Unless the rest of you guys think it is a bad idea?

I've never slalomed before and want to try (if somebody can lend me a board for a couple of runs and that you guys don't mind getting your cones smashed).

And I like Ian's idea

Not true at all, most of the registered racers are very experienced and will easily clean the courses.

Yes you are the "you", by "our" i meant the slalomers who actually enjoy a full day of riding challenging slalom courses.
