100Km/h into a guard rail

100 km/h into a guard rail!! Je lui souhaite de guérire vite et de retourner sur ca luge et son skate le plus vite possible!!




100km/h off the street luge and into the guard rail.
5 breaks, 2 rods, 6 pins. i'll be walking again in a few months, about a year before i can really skate normally again.

6 mois sans marcher. 1 an a pas toucher un board! issh

Adam is an animal. Believe it or not he was joking around right after this happened. We were all standing around him trying to pass the time while the ambualce was coming, trying to comfort him. Adam started yelling at us, asking us "WHY AREN"T YOU TAKING PICTURES!" "GET ME A CIGARETTE!" When the paramedics arrived, in true Adam fashion, he gave them a hard time. When they were about to put him on the stretcher they told him that "he would experience some discomfort", he said "BULLSHIT! It's going to F*#kING hurt!". They also kept calling him Andre, and this upset him and he would say "Stop calling me Andre!!"..This is why he's called Joker. No matter what's going on he's got a smart-alec remark to make.

OUCH!!! Malade. Man, i would ask you guys to shoot me down. This is the picture you didnt post...

Any details as to why he crashed that hard?

Yeah, They had to cut the pants of his leathers off. They weren't sure what they were going to find. Luckily, no bones were sticking out of his legs.


He was racing another luger. This hill has only 1 good line. If you miss the good line you end up on really bad pavement through a right hand sweeper. He went to pass through the rough pavement, hit a crack, and the luge jumped a little. After that he was wobbling and he couldn't get it back under control...

He was probably going cloder top 80km-90km, BUT STILL!!! He's lucky to be alive, let alone keeping his legs.

I thought the ontario pavement was better than ours, not on that road it seems.
