try to get ahold of an international student card (ISIC) Normally they let you add the photo on the card yourself. so just get a student to buy it for you then paste your on photo on the card. i cut my travelcosts in half when i was in canada with that card. Go rip NY

No rebate to go to NY. I have ISIC and a student card, nada work.
